Is each layer drying matte before applying the next? Is the second layer of Lacquer being applied a bit heavier? Is the first layer of Lacquer being applied a medium consistency (not too heavy, not too thin)? 6-8 drops at a time, add more if it is still too thick. Is your Lacquer/Top Coat too thick? (Reconstituting the viscosity with the Revive (thinner) is essential to maintain the correct viscosity.
